Do you think Alicia might take over as the leader of the ranch at some point?

Alicia has to step up in to leadership role in tonight's episode (at least that's what i read) so everyone at the ranch is looking to her. Do you think that's a hint that she may be the leader of the ranch someday as everyone is relying on her to help?
