Well, obviously they had all their gear unassembled and ready to go, including the tanks buried exactly where they needed to be, and they knew they'd be under extremely tough time constraints.. so why weren't the tanks opened and pipes inserted and bolts bolted on way, way before they were given the go ahead?
They'd waited for the train to stop, they lost major time by doing all that a good time after it'd stopped.
They had nothing to lose by getting it all ready before hand, I feel that's a bit of a miss by the directors.
