Darryl and Negan

At this point with Rick leaving the show for good or even for awhile everyone is banking on Darryl and Negan forming a relationship. Given the Negan will start a redemption tour this season we have to figure they will form a partnership with a rocky road leading up to it. This is something I’m not down for and think it’s something that will be forced. They will be the only two leading males left so we have to figure it will be for the good of the group. But from the ending of S8 and knowing Darryl and Rick will be disagreeing a lot in S9, their problems will be caused by the decision by Rick to have Negan live. To now have them become buddy/buddy even for Rick legacy, it will be a relationship forced just for the sake of the story. And it then gets into the obvious mistakes thats keeping Negan alive was originally cause of Carl’s death but now it would be cause of Rick’s death is sloppy and lazy writing
