Was it the black woman’s husband that was the “good samaritan” killed by Hector?

After Mike robs the truck with the money in the tires and leaves the guy alive Nacho tells him that a Good Samaritan came along and found him, then when Mike is in the support group with his daughter in law he talks to a black woman who tells him her husband died (the same woman that helped with the sidewalk at the playground) and she tells him her husband disappeared and she has no idea how he died and he was in the navy not a cop. Then Mike digs up the body and calls the cops to go find it. So was that Good Samaritan the woman’s husband? I never pieced that together before.
