I strongly feel that Diana from season 3 was the proper way to do a "gimmicky" character.

Even though one could argue that the pickaxe was a little bit over-the-top, the way she spoke and her interactions with Alicia still felt realistic/grounded. I also like how even though they quickly joined together, it didn't come across as forced. A funny moment that stood out to me was when Diana commented about how long and pretty Alicia's hair was or something like that, saying that she'd probably make some decent money if she shaved it and traded it in at the bazaar. It felt like a subtle nod to Alpha (not saying that Alicia was going to become Alpha, just that the scene felt like a tongue-in-cheek reference to the idea). But yeah, thoughts?
