[Spoilers] One of the hardest moments in the show to watch was Renly denying Margaery Tyrell.

Not sure about you guys, but Natalie Dormer to me is the epitome of what beautiful is. Everything from her body to her eyes. Watching her get denied like that... man... that was rough. I'd gladly give her a child haha.

About Season 6 and it’s filming?

Alright so Season 6 from what I’ve heard is going to film starting in September. And correct me if I’m wrong but all things related to Breaking Bad have always been shot in America boundaries, never outside the country. So if that’s the case, with each state having their own rules when it comes to filming and what not, what are the looks of Better Call Saul S6 filming on schedule?

[Spoilers] The new system isn’t gonna work

So basically the system is democracy for a life long royal.

Honestly, I think the system just ensures nothing changes beyond the illusion of power. It might prevent another king aerys, as it’d be easier for them to vote him out, but still.

Historically, the Holy Roman Empire used a similar system, but over time, it eventually was the Austrian Habsburgs (and later the Habsburg-lorraines) just ruled indefinitely: maria theresa being female broke a 400 year streak as she was her father’s oldest child. But then her husband got elected and her son, and she just ruled through them until her death.

[Spoilers] Question about 603?

In 603, Jon says that he saw nothing after death when Melisandre inquires. And when she inquired the same for Thoros of Myr, he said he saw nothing either.

thinking about it, doesn’t it go against the religion vs skepticism theme?

In the books, there is supernatural stuff, but they often give hints here and there that there COULD be a god or higher power watching them. The only exception is the seven, who we never get any true sign for. While I guess you could chalk it up to everybody in the book being an unreliable narrator, there’s the whole religion vs skepticism theme. for example, tyrion finds seven poisonous mushrooms he hides and uses to escape his captors in Meereen. Did the seven place them there by fate or was it coincidence. We see with Melisandre that her visions are up to her: is she just bad at casting magic or did she purposefully get a bad vision?

It felt kind of on the nose and against the theme for Jon and Thoros to outright say they didn’t see anything. I mean, if Thoros was just so shaken he didn’t want to discuss it, I could kind of get, but still.

But with the real actors. And whoever says no or has died has algo died in the show. Ex: if Emilia says yes, then she was brought back to life by the red god. If she says no. Then they can move to the next character who said no and ellaborate from there. Or just put the Dothraki trying to kill Jon. Or Arya just coming back from west.

[Comic Spoilers] How did the comics portray the events in Season 6 Episodes 1-6 ? (First Time Again thru Always accountable)

Did comic plot have epic quarry hoard and simultaneous attack by Wolves or were they seperate events? Did comics give Glenn the dumpster super power? Is there comic discussions for these episodes? I searched the board for the episode discussions. Any details from the comics on this story line would be appreciated. I so want to purchase the compendiums but pandemic budget won't allow for such extravagant purchases , even used.

In my rewatching I thought the 2 plot lines seemed like over kill and rushed. They were both extreme events, left the episodes with battle fatigue. Any links or comments would be appreciated. TIA

When are the "Gene" scenes taking place?

Do we even know? Saul seems older at that point but also they could be happening while Walt was still hiding in the cabin.

If so, maybe the cab driver works for the neo nazis? We know they went after Skyler and going after the lawyer makes sense since Saul knows Todd from the vamonos pest days

But if those scenes are happening years later anf that guy is just a random guy blackmailing Saul how would he even know he has any money? For all he knows Saul/Gene is just a manager at the cinnabon these days so how much money would he even make???

Remember when Gimple announced...

...not just the Rick Grimes movies (which have still never happened), but also all the other various projects “in the works”. For instance he mentioned showing characters we hadn’t seen in a while or had been killed off, specials, more flashbacks, looks into the future, etc etc.

I know I know. This stuff takes times. But it’s been two years and there have been no updates and honestly no progress. My question; is Gimple really to blame or is AMC? I think we all remember back in the day when Gimple wrote some really great episodes. Not to mention when he reigned during season 4-6 which were prime era for TWD.

It seems he has plans he wants to enact for this universe, but the studio is taking forever. I don’t know. That’s just my opinion but I’m open to hearing other facts and opinions.

We need to act as one.

Over the quarantine I've gone through and watched all 10 seasons of Twd and am on the 10th episode of s4. What the fuck, we have 34.4 members at most but even if not all of them are still here can't we do anything? The end of season 3 had so much promise and it was replaced with synthetic characters that don't even resemble their s3 versions. The dam explosion could've brought a whole new world with people having access to water making the whole Ftwd world grow as well. It really pisses me off that the two clowns that Erickson got replaced with just wanted to create something that feels like a western cartoon and has no Fear. Ftwd is starting its 6th season soon so that will mean that half of the show collectively is terrible, which is a shame because of all the potential

To be honest I think it wouldn't be that hard to retcon 4 and 5 and start again at 3. Nicks actor wanting to leave could have made his sacrifice at the dam more impactful and make more sense as the catalyst that would launch us into s4. But if he wanted to return under Erickson's direction how fucking cool would it be if this happened, keep in mind I am not a professional and if you have a better idea of how a continuation of s3 would look like, I would love to hear it.

So at Comic Con or something like it we get a announcement that they have a new project to reveal...

The screen is dark as we hear the sound of water churning with the music played after Travis's death and through the intro in 3x02 which is building up to something.

The screen goes straight to a shot of the water with blood flowing down and a pale lifeless face passes bottom frame as the sound of gunfire is heard of in the distance.

Then we as the the gunshots fade out and the music reaches it's peak, Nick emerges from the water gasping for air just as the screen abruptly fades to black...

The text reads in the original Fear logo with the cracked look... Fear The Walking Dead Season IIII

Obviously if Frank doesn't want to come back no one should force him, we could have Daniel clutching at his wound Strand in 3x15. The IIII is kind of stupid but if you have any other ideas then maybe we could actually pitch to them why this would be a good idea. They could even have it in a different timeline or have Morgan and Friends in its own timeline separate from where TWD s10 is. This would bring so much hype from the majority of the fan-base giving them the go ahead to give it a go. They could even just air a trailer just like this to test if this is something we want. All the other cast members I think would at least like to consider the possibility of moving over to the dam story and if they are separate timelines just kill them of in the Morgan and Friends timeline as they are kind of just background characters at this point.

What I'm getting at is I know what I would like from the show and you also probably know what it is that you want from the show. I feel like the show runners and AMC don't so we need to show them the way. We need to tell these the producers and everyone involved that we want our show back and then maybe I will get back a little sliver of respect from the two people who sucked this show dry of its entertainment. I am personally a fan of Colassaliscrazy and find it funny how he relates Keemstar and Fousey as a rat and worm respectively. If Leafy is a snake, then Andrew Chambliss and Ian Goldberg, are fucking leeches.

Reduction in violence and gore post S7

So I've been re-watching past seasons of the show and one thing I've noticed is that the level of violence toned down by quite a bit after S7E1. I know this particular episode got a lot of complaints due to the level of gore/violence and caused some people to stop watching the show. S5 and S6A in particular were also quite violent and gory. I did a bit of research and saw that Gale Anne Hurd actually did say they toned down the violence for episodes they were still filming in S7. What scenes do you think would have been different in S7-10 if they continued with the level of gore from previous seasons?

How do you think Jimmy ACTUALLY feels about Chuck? [Spoilers from S3 onward]

I get very conflicting feelings and I want to make sure I'm not reading too much into things.

At one point, Jimmy seems to really care about Chuck. Then after Chuck tells him off, Jimmy says "Okay, enough" and then doesn't seem to care at all.

He makes up a sob story during his lawyer hearing and even brings up the letter, but after the meeting that determines he will be a lawyer, he ends up basically saying "Haha, those suckers fell for it!!" as if he doesn't truly care about his brother?

He acts totally fine after the funeral (which is a sign of shock, I'm assuming?) and at one point even verbalizes that he doesn't really care about his brother. Even after reading the letter, which made ME tear up... he doesn't really react much.

But after Howard offers him a job, he basically gives a big ol' "Fuck you!" to Howard. It's one thing if you dislike someone to just say "fuck you!" and not take the job. But then he says "You killed my brother!"

How tf does Jimmy feel about Chuck them? I genuinely think Jimmy ran out of love for Chuck, really. Like he just broke. But I'm not sure, why would be go through the trouble of harassing Howard if he didn't still love Chuck?

Season 3 Episode 1: Mike’s Gas Cap Rusw

So I am a little bit confused about Mike’s plan in this episode, where he tracks his stalkers. So once mike realizes he has trackers in both of his cars, he buys the same type of tracker in order to understand specifically how it works. He learns that the tracker is battery operated(obviously) and that the little tv screen thingy connected to it shows the location of the tracker in real time (unlike the kind Hank uses in Breaking Bad). So after he realizes that whoever is tracking him will need to come and replace the battery whenever it dies, he takes the gas cap out of his car and drains their tracker’s battery slowly with a radio to ensure that the people tracking him don’t get suspicious about a tracker with full battery suddenly shutting off. Their tracker dies, and Mike proceeds to throw it away, as he no longer needs it. He then puts his own tracker into the gas cap of his car, exactly where theirs used to be. The purpose of all this was to get the people following him to come to his car and take his own identical tracker with them. While they thought they were changing a dead battery for their own tracker, they were actually taking mike’s tracker with full battery directly to their base. But why would they need to do this?? Why wouldn’t they just change the battery on the scene if they can see his location from a distance? Unless they were done tracking him and wanted to get rid of the evidence, in which case they wouldn’t have needed to wait until the battery died. Not sure if it’s a plot hole or I am just misunderstanding something. PS: At the end after they have taken the tracker back their base, Mike takes his gas cap and leaves it at his house, and I am not sure what purpose this serves either. Since presumably there is no tracker In it (since Mike’s tracker is with the people following him, and their tracker is sitting in Mike’s trash with no batteries)

Now originally as it was intended, the first two segments were supposed to be released together as one giant segment (similar to how the show used to do the double episodes), but my lazy ass was taking longer than I wanted. So now here's:

Chapter 1: No Good Deed - Madison standalone. Washing up on the beach, Madison gains help from a stranger and searches for her children amid the dangers befallen them.

Chapter 2: Broken Dreams - Alicia/Strand try to escape from the dangers coming upon them while Nick/Salazar brave the apocalypse searching for supplies while coming face to face with their own demons.

Hopefully it's worth it for those of you who are into this kind of thing. I worked pretty hard on it with plenty of references to older material for those of us that are savvy to the OG Fear and the comics (also made a few subtle slams on Season 4 and 5, I couldn't resist). I tried to keep it in similar style and tone to the old series, hopefully I managed to capture a certain piece of that along the way. Idk, It just feels good doing this sort of thing as a side hobby and I just hope yall like it.

Also I put a little hint in the end of Broken Dreams about a returning character I plan to put in from Season 2, whom I'll give kudos to whoever can figure out which returning Season 2 character it is (Hint: the character was a main factor in a certain other character's reasoning for abandoning the group).

SIDENOTE: The song that Proctor John is listening to during Broken Dreams was Reflections of My Life - The Marmalade. For anyone that was interested to listen as to what a madman's nostalgia music is like lol... just kidding, it's a good song that has purpose within my story. He's just the right age for it though, and I wanted to put it in somehow, so it worked out to me.

Dark is the best time travel show & one of the best sci fi shows.

Finished it about an hour ago and you can actually wrap your brain around everything because the writers have done a FANTASTIC job. Props to them because they pulled off such an ambitous project. The music, the acting, the cinematography and even the camerawork at times were absolutely incredible.

A perfect ending to a perfect show. This is tied #1 with bojack as the best netflix and ive seen all the good netflix ones so this tops all of them 100%.

Anyone who hasn't seen it yet, please do. It all makes sense in the end i promise. Theres a meme aswell where the creators play with us on top of that and a perfect, satisfying ending.

I was watching an episode in season 2 and Daryl says he knew Shane killed Otis because he came back with his gun. Then proceeds with Rick isn't stupid, he knew Shane killed Otis, he just didn't want to believe it. I'm confused a bit as to what Daryl meant. Did Rick have his suspicions from the start or was Daryl just assuming Rick knew?

If you genuinely dislike Skyler White's character I would suggest you rewatch the show

As a long time Breaking Bad junkie I was shocked to find that to this day there is a complete lack of understanding of Skyler White's character. Please, I'm begging you, PLEASE read Anna Gunn's op-ed regarding her portrayal of Skyler White. I Have a Character Issue

Trust me, I used to hate Skyler just as much as you do. Watching the series with a different perspective after reading Gunn's article made me develop an entire new appreciation for the character and a better understanding the show itself. How on earth do you think we're able to sympathize for Walter? A pathetic, tiny-dick, arrogant, murderous ASSHOLE??? Skyler is the key. She was written (especially in the earlier seasons) to be unlikable. But she's not a "bitch wife". WALTER is the bitch. Just rewatch the damn show.

Skyler is an extremely underrated character.

All I see on the internet is everyone talking about how intensely they hate Skyler, and it infuriates me. She did two things that made me angry. 1. She smoked while pregnant 2. She helped Ted embezzle the company. Other than that, many of her actions made sense to me.

In the first two seasons, she is constantly angry at Walt because all he does is lie to her. I hate how people just expect her to be a compliant housewife who spends all day in the kitchen. She spent over 15 years being married to Walt, not Heisenberg. So when Walt starts becoming distant, she makes understandable decisions. She is angry because she is his wife and deserves to know what is going on.

In season three, many people hate how Skyler had an "affair" with Ted. However, I would barely consider it an affair. She kicked Walt out of the house and gave him the divorce papers. If he had just divorced her when she asked, it would not have been an affair. They hated each other at that moment. Not to mention, I thought the "I fucked Ted" scene was badass. Walt turned her family against her, isolating her in her own home. She was trapped, and could not tell the police because she would be in trouble, so she made a power move that worked and made Walt angry.

After this, you can't completely blame her for laundering money. Walt paid the bills with drug money, making her an accomplice. Telling on Walt would have torn the family apart. In season 5, Walt is a full-on manipulative sociopath and essentially makes her a prisoner in her own home. The only thing she can do is try to protect what she has left. Even when she changed everything about her life to accommodate Walt's problems, he still treated her like shit. And in the end all that Walt left her with was some money and a torn apart family, all because of his ego and selfishness.

In conclusion, I spent the entire show feeling bad for Skyler and was surprised to find out she was hated on the internet. Is there anyone here who agrees with me?

Pulling episodes of shows

I am sure we all agree that racism is bad. Period.

But this trend of pulling episodes of shows - mostly because of blackface - is ridiculous and stupid. In vast majority of cases where is blackface used it is used in the context of "blackface is bad". If the shows has to use blackface I think that this context is fine. They are not using in to make fun of black people.

I've read comment here on /r/televeision that it will be over and most will be back after few weeks. I don't think that's true. :-(

This is (incomplete) list of pulled stuff: source: comment I found on reddit and added some stuff

  • Scrubs "My Fifteen Seconds," "My Chopped Liver," "My Jiggly Ball" episodes removed from Hulu
  • IASIP "Dee Reynold's Shaping Americas Youth" and "The Gang Makes Lethal Weapon 6" removed from FX/Hulu Season 4, Episode 3 "America's Next Top Paddy's Billboard Model Contest" Season 8, Episode 2 “The Gang Recycles Their Trash” Season 14, Episode 3 "Dee Day"
  • South Park's Super Best Friends, Episodes 200,201 removed from Hulu and main website, Cartoon Wars I&II additionally removed from HBO Max
  • Gone With the Wind pulled from HBO Max, added back with "disclaimer"
  • A Fawlty Towers episode "Don't Mention the War" pulled from BBC streaming
  • Tina Fey pulls 30 Rock episodes "Believe in the Stars," 'Christmas Attack Zone," "Live from Studio 6h," and "East Coast Live Show" from streaming, google play, and syndication
  • League of Gentlemen removed entirely from Netflix (apparently for one episode where makeup was misconstrued as blackface)
  • Little Britain, Come Fly With me pulled from Netflix, Britbox, and BBC iPlayer
  • Workaholics "To friend a predator" pulled from US streaming services
  • Simpsons, Season 3 Episode 1, “Stark Raving Dad”
  • Aqua Teen Hunger Force Season 6, episode 3 "Shake Like Me
  • Community Advanced Dungeons and Dragons
  • The Office Episode Dwight Christmas is gonna be edited

Not all of it was pulled because of blackface

Another thing. I think it's fine to use white actor for non-white character (and other way around) in animated shows. Because only thing that should matter is their ability. Of course only if they are not trying to do accent...

PS: No one is probably gonna read this or someone will delete it. Honestly I just wanted to vent... Also I feel like i have to mention I am not from US and we do not have something like blackface in my country so I don't feel the same hate for it like many of you do. BUT I AGREE BLACKFACE IN IT'S ORIGINAL CONTEXT IS BAD!

The amount of people campaigning for Rhea to be nominated at the Emmys makes me wanna believe that she got this in the bag

It’s as if I always read an article or a headline about her from tv and entertainment outlets everyday and the BCS camp is not backing up either. Don’t get me wrong, there are a lot of contenders this year vying against Rhea (e.g. Meryl Streep, Helena Bonham Carter, Laura Dern, Julia Garner, Thandie Newton, Sarah Snook, Cynthia Erivo & Fiona Shaw) but I might be biased when I say that Rhea gave the best performance but these are just facts. If the Kim and Lalo confrontation is not enough to even secure a nomination then I don’t know what else will.

The show is a train wreck

A f****** beautiful Trainwreck. I can't stop staring at it.

I only started a few days ago and I cannot believe I've never watched this or had it in my life before.

The bad part is I relate too much of these characters it makes me feel like a piece of s***.

I have never done any hard drugs but I am an alcoholic.

I'm watching one Man willingly destroy himself and his family.

the other seems like he is trying to become a better person even though he is in a hopeless situation. Talking about Jesse by the way I'm only half through on season 2.

It's painful to watch. It hurts. It's too f****** real. But I still can't stop watching it. This might be the best quality TV show I've ever seen in my life and I'm mid life right now.

It's almost like therapy...

This Show Has NO Respect For Us

This is a rant, and I am sorry.

I watched S1E1 of Fear when it first aired...

And I LOVED IT

I couldn't get over the shows darker tone, and vicious nature. However I never got to continue the series as I didn't have cable. I only started watching live when Season 4 aired

HOWEVER

I recently rewatched all of Fear TWD with my mother. We watched the first 3 seasons along with the first half of S4 twice, and I actually grew an attachment with the show, and it's characters. That being said; I no longer compared Fear to TWD unless it was to praise Fear for it's realism(and balls). But after our second run with the old Fear; we forced ourselves to watch S4B and Season 5. We thought that it might be better during our second viewing(as we never touched those episodes after it aired).

Of course we were wrong, but that's not what I wanna talk about. I wanna talk about how disrespectful the old Fear characters and fans were treated during that transition into Season 4.

After watching "Sleigh Ride" (the Season 3 finale) I felt a sense of closure. Fear was ruthless, and having the season end so open to interpretation did it well. The last thing we saw was Madison rise out of the flowing water as the people got to drink. It was pretty symbolic.

Then season 4 starts with "What's Your Story". At this point I'm completely attached to our Fear characters enough to forget TWD. So watching Morgan run around the whole episode felt like a punch in the face. The episode wasn't bad, but it wasn't Fear. It made me realize how little Scott Gimple cared about the show and it's fans. Imagine if TWD wasn't already successful, and you just had this random ass character run into a show that they do NOT belong in.

In a show called FEAR with it's title screaming bloody murder in the old intro. A show led by questionably selfish anti hero's who will kill anyone who gets in their way. A show that basically ran as the Anti Walking Dead as it favored action over speeches about action. Who the hell thought that this show needed Morgan. Not just as a side character, but as a lead. It's disrespect all the way.

After this episode full of unfamiliar faces(albeit amazing characters), we finally get to see OUR people......for like 5 seconds. Except...no Madison. Two episodes later we lose the FIRST face we ever saw on the show(in a very disrespectful way too). Why have him survive his "suicide note" on the damb just so he can get shot by a stupid girl. UGHHH. Then the show spends the next 5 episodes bating the old fans with the question of "where's Madison". Just to reveal that she died......and not show a body.

If that isn't disrespect then idk what is.

Then we spend the rest of the season chasing this crusty garbage lady who......is killing people.......for helping people....ok? and instead of killing her Morgan (OF COURSE) forces himself and his group to help her? (Remember when the conflict dealt with an actual conflict!? Like the value of water sources and Native American land ownership)

WTF HAPPENED!?

The fans gave their thoughts on this garbage, and ofc they create MORE GARBAGE

Season 5 deals with them crashing planes and rebuilding said plane while they vlog about it. Ide want to talk about it bc it was so ridiculous.

I only bring it up because of the disrespect the show gave the og fans yet again. Not only did they turn Luciana into a punching bag, make Alisha paint trees and fear walkers, and push Strand to the sidelines. But instead of fixing their garbage show; they litter the fifth season with hints that Madison may be "alive". Bating the fans YET AGAIN! Posting pics of her on Twitter. Quoting her old lines in recent episodes. Even the way the trees were painted. It just shows how little they value their fans and their show.

Scott Gimple and whoever the hell else allowed this to happen need to learn a lesson, or at least fix the show or something. Yeah Season Five's last 2 minutes was the most fear I felt in years while watching this show, but that means nothing. Especially since all this show does nowadays is wait for the last episode to move their plot along.

Again, this was kind of a rant, and I'm sorry you had to hear this. But it's true. They do not respect any of us.

Future of TWD

Spoiler below!

Is anyone else disappointed with the lack of information regarding the Rick Grimes movies and how it’s going to work with the rest of the series? I know COVID-19 really halted progress with all shows, but I’m beginning to get frustrated with the shows lack of direction. With the conclusion of the Whisperer arc, it’s hard to believe TWD will have a fulfilling end game here without more knowledge. I love the show and watch every week but it would be nice to hear the Rick movies will begin and end at a certain point, and a conclusion to the series. I’m starting to doubt the movies will even happen at this point. Just a plan or what not. Anyone else agree or have any updates on something I haven’t seen yet?

Theory: morgan jones isnt dead

Lets rerun what happened so i can more thoroughly explain this: virginia (in fear) leads an attack against humbugs gulch (morgan and fear characters’ camp) and due to lack of munitions and firearms, they surrender and join virginia. Virginia splits up the group and stays, leaving just morgan and virginia. Virginia then shoots morgan, after morgan knocks the gun out of her hand, disarming her. She picks up johns gun and points it at morgan, who is bleeding out, then fires a blank right on top of his head. Morgan makes a frustrated yelp and then virginia leaves him while he is bleeding out and walkers closing in. Then, in the trailer for the next season, you see morgan open his eyes to reveal them fully red like a walkers.

Now its time for me to explain you what i think: when she shot the gun, morgan had a clear (no pun intended) and painful reaction. In forensics, to determine what proximity and where a bad guy shot a gun at, they inspet the body for gunpowder. I think gunpowder got into his eye and caused it to be irritated. Like a gabriel. The second sign of proof is that his eye isnt white like a walkers, and the third is that the rest of his head isnt like a walkers (not white and pale) the fourth is that fear doesnt have the balls to kill off such a staple character, and the fifth is that, when morgan talked about him going sicko mode, he said, in season 3 episode 12, clear, “all i see is red” when duane died so he is going crazy. In the trailer it also shows the group fighting back, so i think morgan got back to them after either being saved or (more likely) killing them himself. And he goes sicko mode.

But thats just a theory - A GAME THEORY!

Outburst about the current situation of Fear TWD

Watching the fifth season for the first time, and it's a shame what they did with that series. While TWD was shit in the seventh and eighth season, Fear was incredible ... But they had the idea to reboot the series, and instead of improving ... it got worse. They brought Morgan to improve the series, and it was the opposite, it fell a lot! I hope the sixth season is good.

Hear me out, a spin off of Brock grown up and working for the DEA

His uncle (Tomás) was a dealer, forced to kill people and eventually was killed himself at an extremely young age

His mom (Andrea) was killed by drug dealers

And he was poisoned by Walt

Id really like to see what happens to Brock after his mom died and he got Jesse’s letter. I think there is plenty of motivation for him to join the DEA and maybe run into Walt Jr. or Holly, have people talk about/admire hank, and maybe some office visits from Marie.

I know the show is uncensored on Netflix but I will be watching season 6 live with everyone else now that I’m caught up. I wanted to know if they censor fuck and shit and asshole and all the other profane phrases used in this show during its initial premiere on AMC.

Possible Ending for BCS

Gene Takavik is in Omaha, Nebraska. It’s been said that Kim Wexler was born in Nebraska. Maybe at the end of season 6 they’ll meet again one last time. Maybe patch things up, assuming she probably leaves him in BrBa. An ending that’s unlikely, but that would really make things happier for me. I hope Saul/Jimmy gets a good ending. I hope Kim too. They’ve been through a lot of shit together, and the Gene ending, maybe unlikely for this universe, but can potentially be a happy ending.

Not sure if this counts as spoilers but wouldn’t they be able to continue and do the eastern and western alliance? Sure it’s not in comic book material but they could definitely write their own material for it.

It’s an embarrassment that HBO Max has chosen to not carry five episodes of ‘South Park’ to appease religious sensibilities.

South Park was made available on HBO Max today. Out of 307 episodes, 302 are on the service.

The banned episodes are Season 5’s “Super Best Friends,” Season 10’s “Cartoon Wars: Part I” and “Cartoon Wars: Part II”, and Season 14’s “200” and “201”.

What all these episodes have in common are depictions of the Muslim prophet Mohammad.

Comedy Central heavily censored “200” and (especially) “201” when broadcast, much to the criticism of the fanbase as well as series creators themselves. HBO Max choosing to not carry the other three episodes shows evidence of the worst scenario which is an increased acceptance of (or perceived demand for) censorship. If anything a better move for HBO Max would’ve been to carry restored versions of “200” and “201” rather than remove a further three episodes.

For those at HBO Max to feel the necessity to ban episodes from their platform in the name of religion demonstrates a sad regression in our society. It’s 2020 we should be past this long ago, not to mention it’s just fuckin’ South Park, people... 🤦‍♂️

[NO SPOILERS] Why didnt HBO ditch D&D for more seasons?

From my understanding everyone especially HBO wanted more Game of Thrones, even George R.R. Martin said there was enough material. The only peoole that seemed opposed were the writers David and D.B.

So why didn't HBO just replace them? They obviously were growing bored and didnt care anymore by season 6 and season 8 just seems like a big "f* it" .

Was there a contract or something?

I Want To Start a Debate

All right, so I've been thinking about how "Better Call Saul: Season 5" ended. We know that Lalo survives his assassination attempt by Gus' henchmen. We know that Nacho gets out of dodge before Lalo figures out he had something to do with it. So, here's my problem. I want to know if Lalo dies. I think he will. I have a theory that goes something like this: Lalo tells Gus' man to tell him that Lalo is dead, though it was tough. Lalo's plan is barely thought out. If Gus is to believe this, he would need at the very lest, one henchmen to meet him in person and discuss the events. The henchman that survived Lalo is badly burned and would likely die if not tended to. This is obviously not going to happen considering Lalo just walks out on the injured man. Gus will figure out soon that Lalo is very much alive. We know that in Breaking Bad (BB), that Nacho and Lalo are mentioned by Saul. Now, if Jimmy doesn't know that Lalo is dead, you would assume that Gus knows as well. However, we hear Gus say to Hector, "The Salamanca name dies with you." This would be impossible if Gus wasn't 100% sure that every member of the family is dead, which includes Lalo. We know that Gus is extra thorough in everything he does, for example, knowing information about Jesse for his doctor to care for him if something went wrong when he killed the Cartel, even sourcing Jesse's blood type. Not to mention, if Lalo is alive in BB, why is Tuco running his business? So yes, I do believe Lalo will die next season. What I want to know is how. There's still a lot we need to learn next season for a clean transition into BB. We need to be introduced to the disappear-er (which I think Nacho will be his lifeline), we need to figure out why Kim isn't featured in BB (which I assume has something to do with Howard), we need to see the first time Jimmy get's his office, we need to be introduced to Kuby, and we need to see the fall out between Jimmy and Sandpiper. I think Kim will go through with her idea of getting Howard disbarred, in some way that can relate to Star Wars, considering that behind the scenes, he is known as "Darth Vader in a fancy suit". I feel as if Kim will blackmail Howard into selling her HHM at a very cheap price and she will transform it into a pro-bono firm. This will obviously upset Jimmy, seeing as that company was raised on his family name and she took it from him. This will be the falling out between her and Jimmy which will cause Jimmy to fully release Saul and promptly buy his office. This would make sense since at this point, a strip mall location would be the only thing he could afford for an office. He'd probably also blow some money on his DeVille that we see him drive in BB.

I want to know what you guys think. Do you think Lalo will die? Do you think Kim will die? Do you think Nacho will die? When will Gus finish the lab? When will Jimmy take his final plunge to Saul? Will Jimmy re-marry since he said he was married twice in BB? I love this show and I would love to see your guys' reactions and predictions.

[SPOILERS] The ultimate ruling council/team of Westeros AND Essos...

My Top 3 favorite characters in the entire show are easily Varys, Tyrion Lannister and Olenna Tyrell.

After having watched a ton of clips from the show featuring these characters interacting with each other, it got me thinking... If these three had been (at least part of) the power behind the throne, the team they would have made would have been almost unstoppable. They are all ruthless and clever, but at the same time, their hearts are in the right place.

Imagine a ruling council/team made up of the above 3 and a few other characters such as:

  • Margaery Tyrell
  • Davos Seaworth
  • Bran Stark
  • Jon Snow
  • Sansa Stark
  • Arya Stark
  • Jorah Mormont
  • Sam Tarly
  • Missandei
  • Brienne of Tarth
  • Barristan Selmy
  • Brynden Tully
  • Mance Rayder
  • Maester Aemon Targaryen

My biggest gripe with the show by far - AND ITS HUGE

Jimmy McGill has proven himself to be a world class, savant level lawyer. This guy could have his name on the biggest letters on any prestigious law firm in this country.

Its cool seeing him turn bad, but oh man. This guy could have had a brilliant career as a good guy lawer. He had the passion, as evidenced by the retirement home case. He had a heart and soul. On one hand I'm glad the show is happening this way, on another it's very depressing that his potentially brilliant career didn't turn out to the best.

(opinion) Season 4 would have been better if told in a linear fashion instead of jumping around so much

I have been considering doing my own edit of season 4 and putting the story in order and watching it all just to see if I would enjoy the overall story more.

It might look something like this:

  • The story starts with "Another Day in the Diamond" (that was episode 2 of season 4) There are no flash forwards. The story moves straight through and we see Madison and company working together at the stadium to improve life.
  • The entire Vultures, Charlie and June storyline gets introduced. The story plays out as it already does. Madison attempts peaceful resolutions, ultimately meets her supposed fate.
  • Madison's arc wraps up still in episode 8. We do not even see Morgan until teased at the end of episode 8. Episode 8 ends with the way "What's Your Story" starts with Morgan and John Dorie meeting at night near that campfire. Fans have no idea how Morgan got there or what's even going on.
  • Episode 9 picks up with a more brief backstory of how Morgan left and ended up in Texas. Basically episode 1 (What's your Story) is this episode. It sets up the 2nd half of the story.
  • Most of the flash forward scenes in the first half of the season could be dropped. I would drop the entire Martha villain plot. Make the entire 2nd half plot about Morgan meeting up with Nick, Alycia and others, Nick's death should be toward the end of the season. Most of the Morgan stuff gets cut from the 2nd half, forcing his character to feel more supportive rather than lead. I would drop the entire "We're coming to help you" arc.

I'm not convinced 16 episodes are needed for season 4. A lot can be trimmed. I would say 12 episodes could be potentially really good with a trimmed down linear version.

So in BB when Walt steals the car the license plate on the New Hampshire says “live free or die”. He couldn’t live because of his ego, greed and guilt? So he dies saving Jesse.

THEN at the end of El Camino, when Jesse gets the SUV the Alaska license plate says “the last frontier”! OMG. This is GOLD. Because Jesse is the last frontier, after what he had to do after Walt saves him at the end of BB.

I am in LOVE with this show even more. 🤞🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Rick is killed by that douchebag Sebastian at the end of the comics, and pretty much a fact that Daryl has taken over as the lead of the show. I feel like Daryl will get this death, it’s sad, but if the show plans to end the way the comics does, then the only way for it to have meaning is if Daryl dies.

Noticed something interesting with the music at the end of S10E05

When Beta and Negan meet for the first time, the whisperers theme is drawn out, so that the notes are held for their full length rather than short, as it usually is. The interval that makes up the melody of the whisperers theme is the same interval that Negan whistles to announce he’s arriving. Not sure if this was intentional, but the merging of the music of the two characters is interesting.

So i just finished Game Of Thrones S8 for the first time a hour ago and honestly i really enjoyed all of it. Some small details in the final episode were annoying, like a song of ice and fire being it it was weird and in the last 2 episodes the pacing felt slow but overall i thoroughly enjoyed all 8 seasons. My favourite 3 episodes would be 6x9 battle of the bastards, 8x3 the long night, 5x8 hardhome, and favourite 3 characters are Jon, Podrick and Jaime.

Binged the show for the very first time (plus El Camino), and..

Ho-ly CRAP

What an absolute masterpiece.. like.. I didn’t want it to end but damn, that conclusion was so damn satisfying I sure as hell don’t want more. By FAR the best show I’ve ever seen and it’s not even close.

The entire 5th season is by far one the best seasons in TV. But the thing about BB is that NONE of these seasons are weak. They’re all masterpieces. And I honestly just adored watching this show. I kinda wish I could rewatch it and forget it.

The last season hit me the hardest tho. Like DAMN.. it’s so tragic to see Walter go from how he was to how he is at the end. But he’s such a complex and incredibly written character. Jesse I was rooting for the whole way through, incredible.

Not a single dull moment, not a sign of disappointment. Just pure amazement. Absolute amazement.

it hurts watching el camino

like not in a way where i hate it. it’s a good movie, but after rewatching breaking bad and then straight on to el camino, it hurts seeing jesse being so broken and, i don’t know, fragile? like, the loud, strong jesse we see in breaking bad is destroyed in el camino. it’s kinda heart breaking

SPOILER S6 Prediction

I predict that Alicia is going to be made some sort of guard or defense to a settlement managed by the pioneers. I think this for two reasons:

1) after just finishing 5B (now I just have 4B to watch) I noticed how in episode 16 Ginny makes a comment about Alicia needing her weapon

2) In the FearTWD S6 Trailer, Alicia is killing the dead and idk it just seems like they may make her contribute by killing dead which is something she’ll have to deal with since she just started being able to do that again.

She-Ra: Princess of Power is amazing

Just after finishing this show and I love it.

The show is filled with great characters, has a great story, has really good villains and has a great ending. The animation is also anazing.

I was told by a friend I wouldn't like this show, since its a cartoon with princesses, and I'm a 20 year old dude, but they were wrong and I absolutely loved it.

Saul vs Roy Cohn

I'm watching the HBO documentary about Roy Cohn and the similarities between he and Saul are fairly numerous. It makes me question the likeability of Saul as a character when you see a real life parallel. Thoughts?

[Spoilers] Did Hunger Games do GOT ending better then than GOT did?

In the end of the hunger games we find out that president coin was the real threat all along and orchestrated a war between the capital And the districts and felt she was destined to rule. Katniss upon realizing that coin is no better or even worse then president snows murders coin before she can ever be the tyrant she was destined to be. I feel like this was very similar to the GOT ending with Cersei being snow, Dany being coin and John being katniss, except the HG just did it a lot better dropping subtle hints of how evil coin was throughout the book, and felt believable and the way Katniss killed coin was her outsmarting coin instead of Jon walking to Dany without her having guards and murdering her. I just feel like HG did this do much better than GOT.

Airplane?!?!

So maybe I'm completely off base on this and feel free to tell me that I am but how the hell do they know how to build an airplane?!?! I'm currently on S5E6. Just because a few people know how to work on trucks doesn't mean they know how to build an airplane! On a side note, the John and Dwight scenes are the only thing keeping me from falling asleep...

[Spoilers] Best Battles in Game of Thrones 4/5

Game of Thrones is a show well known for its epic and groundbreaking battle sequences. Looking back on Game of Thrones there are so many amazing battles that it is quite difficult to pick a favorite. I wanted to ask the rest of you what you all think about the best battles in Game of Thrones, so I decided to make a set of polls to answer that question. There are too many great battles to consider to make this in one poll limited to six options, so I have picked out 16 Game of Thrones battles and will be posting 4 new polls each with 4 battles to choose from. Once a winner has been chosen from each of the 4 primary polls I will create a final poll to allow people to choose between the 4 winners and find the real best Game of Thrones battle according to us fans. Here is the fourth set of battles to choose from, and the final set before we have our 4 finalists.

Here are the links to the previous three polls:

[NO SPOILERS] Game of thrones prequel rumours

I have heard rumours that they could possibly be making a prequel to the game of thrones franchise.

I have not heard any following information though.

Does anyone know any information? And has there ever been any confirmation they are actually making it? If not, where the hell do those rumours come from?

Should I watch breaking bad

So I have never watched breaking bad. I have heard it was pretty good so I asked my friend who watched it and he told me no. He told me it wasn't good. So I don't know if I should waste my time to watch it.
