The Construction Project

As of the end of Season 5, the Superlab remains incomplete.

It's construction began in May 2003 during Something Stupid(407) and stopped in March 2004 during Wiedersehen(409). That's around 10 months and Mike told Gus in Coushatta(408) that - "Best estimate, we're a little past the halfway point. Way behind schedule, but the work is solid."

This means that a new crew would require about 9 months conservatively to pick up the project and finish it. Gus will almost certainly make them finish it in one go as it would make financial sense.

In Breaking Bad, the Superlab's construction was finished in February 2009 as seen in the flashback in Box Cutter(401). That would mean that construction resumed during May-June 2008.

That seems like a long time for it to be on hold but circumstances with the cartel may change or Peter Schuler may face some legal trouble in Germany forcing such a long delay.

Someone's probably posted this before. Just wanted to make sure that I'm not missing anything.
