Similarities of the walking dead and highschool of the dead

We all know and love movies and shows that involve killing zombies such as the walking dead but have any of you heard of highschool of the dead. It's series from Japan that revolves around a teenage man named Takashi komuro where him and his friends must survive through this horrible new world of zombies. On this we are going to talk about the similarities between the two series other than the fact they are both zombie stories and have dead in their names that's pretty obvious. This stuff that I only know so far so don't insult.

Both stories started out as a comic and then television series

Both main characters killed their best friends

Both main characters their best friends become zombies

They both have a woman who has a swordsman skills

(TV versions only)the main characters both have feelings for the women with the swords

They both have a child on they're team

(TV versions only)Both teams had bikes but lost them several times

Both leaders have a revolver

There are people on the team who's father is a cop

Finally both stories start out on a city on the first part

[MAIN SPOILERS] I love the ending credit for episode 3 (Walk of Punishment) season 3!

Just right after Ser Jamie the Kingslayer loses the hand and the credit shows up, the song about the bear and maiden fair just suddenly start in a fast tempo.

So, who is Gustavo Fring? (S3 spoilers)

As dedicated fans will likely remember, hints are dropped at various points that Gus has a significance prior to becoming the ABQ kingpin:

-Towards the end of season 4 of Breaking Bad, Gustavo's partner is murdered in a flashback scene. Don Eladio tells Gus that he, too, would be dead but for the fact that Eladio "knows who he is."

-In a BB season 3 flashback (the one where he almost drowns one of the cousins), Hector discusses Gus with another cartel operative. Hector says that he "doesn't care who Gus knows" and refers to him as "Big Generalisimo."

When Breaking Bad ended, these references almost seemed like a red herring. Gus is blown up and we're given no further insight into his secret identity.

Lydia's line to Mike towards the end of this BCS season leads me to believe that this plot line might be further developed. She says something like "you don't know him at all if you think a drug dealer is all that he is."

Here's my rough outline of a theory: Gus was a officer in the Chilean military during the Pinochet period. He used his position to award government contracts to Madrigal. The regime falls and Gus is forced to flee, but he retains his Madrigal contacts. He is thus valued by the cartel because Pollos Hermanos, as a subsidiary of Madrigal, can transform quickly into a regional powerhouse with Madrigal money backing their rapid expansion. Look at Hector's ice cream business by contrast -- if he suddenly expanded it to resemble Gus's Pollos Hermanos network, it would likely raise some serious red flags with the authorities.

Anyone else have any good ideas?

[S7] Thoughts on Arya

In both the trailers, we've seen Arya travelling, not actually getting to the destination she is going to. I know that the Twins are a long way off from Winterfell, but not showing her there in either of the trailers does pose some questions? Will she bypass Winterfell and go to the Wall directly, since she assumes that Jon is there?

For Jon, Sansa, even Bran, we saw them in Winterfell (I assume that was the Winterfell weirwood in the trailer, besides which Bran was sitting and doing his thing). So does this mean Arya won't be going home at all? Or will it more cruel taunts from D&D, when one of the Stark kids perishes just as Arya reaches the Winterfell gates.

P.S. if they do a Stark reunion (sounds too good to be true I know), where the four of them just group hug each other, while all of the smallfolk and generals look on, I will cry buckets.
