Ozymandias (Spoilers)

I was just rewatching breaking bad and I noticed something in Ozymandias. In the beginning of the series, when he and Jesse steal the methylamine barrel, Hank makes fun of them for picking it up instead of rolling it. In Ozymandias, when Walt is left with his single barrel of money, he rolls it through the desert, showing Walt's transition into being an experienced drug lord.

Season 5 question

Re-watching breaking bad, I’m at 502 Madrigal and I’m wondering why Jesse decides to keep cooking with Walt. It makes sense that Walt wants to keep going because his pride and ego compels him to replace Gus, the mastermind he just outsmarted, as kingpin, and also he’s broke apparently. He also has the bullshit excuse of wanting to provide for his family. However, after all Jesse has been through you’d think he wants nothing to do with the meth business anymore. Back in season 3 he was about to skip town and he said “I’ll make it,” so we can safely assume he definitely has enough money now to escape the business after an additional full season of cooking for gus. We saw Saul give Jesse his money at the end of season 4 so I don’t get his motivation to keep cooking. Loyalty to mr. white? Seems a little thin given how risky the business has proven itself for Jesse. In season 4 it was hard for him to leave because he would’ve been a loose end that gus’ men would’ve probably tracked down, but now that gus is dead and his empire is gone, what’s stopping Jesse from skipping town or just chilling with Andrea and Brock? Am I missing something here?

Do you think Hisenberg ever tried his product?

Something I was hoping to see in the later seasons was Walt getting high on his meth. Now I don't think Walter White would ever do meth, but I could see late season Heisenberg doing it after finally being consumed by the new personality.

What do you think?

Referenced BB at work!

For context, I was at our electives department meeting (I teach). My colleague was explaining that one of the pitfalls of the brief class we all teach is, for her subject (home economics), a lot of damage to her equipment. There isn't enough time for her to cover safety rules and teach content. So, I said..."that's an example of Breakage...(silence)... for anyone that watches Breaking Bad." No one got it, apparently my colleagues don't have awesome taste. I thought you would all appreciate it. :)

In the entire Breaking Bad series, Walt Jr. and Jesse never met.

Walt is annoying as f*ck in Season 4.

All thanks to Gus.

Driving a wedge between Walt and Jesse worked like a charm because it drove Walt insane. Constantly nagging at everyone for answers, making a scene at Los Pollos Hermanos, bugging Jesse’s car and going through his phone, trying to manipulate Mike. I mean, shit, just fall in line bro! It is sort of awesome to watch Walt get shit on every time he tries to make moves though.
