If T-Dog never dropped the key, Merle would never have met the governor, and Merle would never capture Glenn and Maggie, then Hershel would never have died, and the group would still be at the prison.
I know it’s received it’s fair share of critical acclaim, but I feel like I hear more negative than positive about it as far as word of mouth goes. I knew it had something to do with a post-apocalyptic Shakespearean troupe (which did not interest me AT ALL), but I decided to give it a go and I am absolutely in love with it.
Like I said I’m only 5 episodes in but man, there have been some absolutely gut wrenching moments. Are there any other shows like this?? I’ve watched the leftovers, thought it was well acted but the lack of explanation for literally everything happening in that show drove me insane. If there’s anything thematically that feels like this show I’d love suggestions.
Walton Goggins was supposed to die in the pilot episode of "Justified", but he was so good they kept him on and put his character in prison instead.
