In the episode "Better Call Saul" in season two Badger gets arrested. I am looking to use this scene in a Law class for an assignment about random virtue testing, where the police just look for sketchy looking people and try to buy drugs or something off of them.
So the question that I have is that did the police know that Badger was connected to drugs before they tried to buy drugs off of him or was it just a suspicion?
