... it will be Rebecca, Chuck's (ex?) wife. Jimmy mentioned her in S3E2 and I think VG & gang will allude to her at least once more before Jimmy and Kim catch Chuck off guard by having her testify.
Jimmy used to be against the idea of Chuck being institutionalized simply because they're brothers and he cared, but of course circumstances have changed. Now Jimmy can fairly rationalize it because Chuck legitimately needs help in the same way Chuck thinks Jimmy needs help (and should be disbarred) by paying for his crimes.
