I'm just taking a pot shot in the dark, but I have a gut feeling on what happens to Chuck.

DISCLAIMER: This is all speculation. No real evidence.

Season Three is arriving soon and we know that Jimmy is in legal trouble. There's no way Jimmy could go to prison or lose everything of his, since he has a still practices law in BB.

So Jimmy has to get away from Chucks grasp somehow in the end. Seasons from now, something will interrupt Chuck and Jimmy's feud. Something so big that it gives Jimmy an opportunity to retaliate. It will catch Chuck off guard, and Jimmy will have one thing left to do, to get away from Chuck once and for all. And that is to kill him. He may not do it himself, he may have Mike or a connection of his to do it. Perhaps he could turn Chuck's electromagnetic hypersensitivity on him just enough that it ruins Chuck mentally, or physically.

But then again, this is just speculation. I have no real evidence for these events.
