So in Breaking Bad there's that scene with Jesse and Jane in the car and Jane says "Aw that's so sweet, I think I just threw up in my mouth a little bit," obviously foreshadowing her ultimate doom.
At the end of S2E02 of BCS, Kim and Jimmy are joking around eating pie, and when Kim misses an opportunity for a pie pun she says "I should just throw myself off the roof right now." I haven't finished season 2 yet, so don't give anything away if I'm onto something here, but seriously I'm still reeling from that line.
