Of all the many characters in the show, who's contributions and actions are most overlooked. Either a side character whose screen time doesn't match their importance or a main character who just isn't talked about much.
I personally believe Qyburn is maybe the lowest key power player on the show. He went from a near corpse in Harrenhal to the Queen's hand. Along the way, he likely saved both Jamie and The Mountain, as well as orchestrating the sept explosion and personally killing Pycelle.
