Jerry Seinfeld was planning on making an episode of Seinfeld all in claymation, until someone told him Tim Allen did something similar on Home Improvement, so he backed out, and regrets it to this day

In this interview at the Vulture Festival, someone asks Jerry about stories he wanted to do but didn't. He said he regrets not going through with a claymation episode they had secretly planned, after someone told him Home Improvement did something along the same lines and didn't want to be seen as copying them. He still wishes he had done it. Would have been cool to see.
