Kim will not die, she will not be disbarred. She cannot even lose Mesa Verde. The primary theme of BrBa --and BCS--is, as Walter White said at the end of Granite State, "It can't all be for nothing!".
The entire plot since late Season 2 has been about Jimmy's efforts to secure Mesa Verde for Kim. If she lost this client, then it would have been all for nothing, and there's no way Gilligan & Gould will allow that.
My prediction still stands: Chuck dies/is ruined/committed, Jimmy and Kim go on. Remember: Jimmy is BadAss on this show, and the BadAss always wins. (see The Sopranos, Breaking Bad, Dexter, Mad Men, I'm sure there are others). Jimmy and Kim won't even break up, at least not permanently.
So stop worrying about Kim. Remember: She is the only reason Jimmy practices law. If she's not around, then why does he practice law in BB? He became a lawyer initially to please Chuck. When that failed, he promptly quit. Only after Kim stood by him, and became his lover, did he decide to continue practicing. If she's not around, then what motivation would he have to continue as a lawyer when that's not even his calling?
