If Jimmy/Saul is listed as "missing" in ABQ, how long before that is switched to "presumed dead" or the legal equivalent so that any will can be invoked? Is there a standard period of time or is it completely at the discretion of the investigators?
EDIT: I understand it's generally 7 years in the US if all the requirements are fulfilled but it varies from state to state and I can't find the New Mexico law.
