It was Jimmy who originally stumbled over the Sandpiper case. How can it even continue now that Jimmy is disbarred? Wouldn't anyone be from Schweikart be able to find out about that? Can't any of them use this?
In my opinion Chuck's breakdown could become a public thing, something that could ruin HHM as an incident like this could damage their reputation irreperably and if you their clients pull out due to Chuck's insanity HHM goes under. Davis & Maine is dragged into the story aswell which would also explain why we never hear from HHM during BB and also Saul Goodman doesn't have the money he should've recieved from HHM&DavisMaine winning the Sandpiper Case.
