[Main Spoilers] Applying Dany's House of the Undying visions to final Seasons

In Season 2, Dany is located mainly in Qarth, a city east of Slaver's Bay.* While there, a warlock steals her dragons and she goes to the House of the Undying to retrieve them. While there she goes through a dream-like vision that doesn't make a whole lot of sense when first viewed. The vision goes as follows:

Dany walks through a door to reveal the Iron Throne room . The room is destroyed and snow falls in through the openings of the destruction. Dany walks to the Iron throne and climbs the steps. We see as she reaches out to the throne, Longclaw (Jon Snow's sword), can be seen as a part of the throne. Before she touches the throne, she is drawn away and walks through another door.

As she walks through the gate, we see she is going beyond the wall . Dany sees something in the distance and walks to it. It's a Dothraki tent and she enters. Inside, she finds Khal Drogo and Rhaego waiting for her. She embraces them and then continues to find her dragons.

Now applying that to the last two seasons, we can start to shape a more concise theory of what all that means.

As of now, we know Jon's attention is the White Walkers approaching and seeks Dany's aid. Dany, however, is still focused on the Iron Throne. Cersei currently sits on the throne and as we know really has nothing to lose. I believe the final two seasons will go as follows.

Jon is going to come to Dany for aid. Dany is going to refuse this. She's come too far to change her agenda now that she has the throne at the tip of her fingers. Jon goes back North, maybe with the Dragon Glass maybe not, and continues his fight against the Walkers. Dany presses forward in her quest to take KL. She starts to succeed, closing in on KL. Cersei pulls a "Mad King" card and decides if she's going to lose the throne, Dany can rule a pile of ashes and decides to destroy it (Also leading Jaime to go full circle and become the Queen Slayer as well) KL/The Red Keep is destroyed. Dany claims her victory, but realizes at what cost it has come with. She decides to travel North to help Jon in his struggling (possibly near defeat) fight against the White Walkers. She goes beyond The Wall and joins up with Jon. Together, they defeat the Walkers and Westeros wins. In the process however, Dany dies. She rejoins Drogo and Rhaego in some heavenly reunion.

GRRM has continually said the ending is bittersweet. Seeing as Dany still relatively remains a fan favorite, I could see her death being a bitter resolution. It's unclear, but I believe Longclaw being on the Iron Throne will suggest Jon taking the Throne in the end.

Obviously Dany's vision has been talked about a lot and many theories have come from it (probably a lot just like this) I just wanted to put it all down and open it for discussion for those who haven't thought of it.

*EDIT Location fix
