The prophecy is: "When the red star bleeds and the darkness gathers, Azor Ahai shall be born again amidst smoke and salt"
1) red star bleeds: dorne's sigil is a red star with a spear through it. At the sea battle, the red star (dorne) bled with a resounding defeat.
2) darkness gathers: the darkness is gathering only now, whether you consider the darkness the white walkers or euron/cersei or both
3) amidst smoke and salt: the final scene had much smoke and salt (sea)
4) born again: possibly a reference to the drowned god ritual, or perhaps theon metaphorically is born again; episode title is "stormborn"
5) the Prince who was promised: theon is a prince, Jon is not (he's a king), and daenarys is not (queen)
6) the valyrian term for Prince used is gender neutral & theon is gender neutral
7) only does not satisfy the recent witch prophecy that it's born of the rhaegar line
