Its messed up that Walt devised a plan to kill Gus. Gus wanted so badly to kill Walt, but Jesse wouldnt let him. Gus took Walt out to the desert and said "You're fired. Dont talk to Jesse etc." Walt then rushes home and thinks his family is in grave danger. He completely misinterpreted Gus and had the DEA investigating the laundromat. Walter is the antagonist imo. He just wants to be in charge. He acts so alpha male.
