No way the showrunners did not want us to HATE Lori

She sleeps with her husband's best friend a month into the apocalypse. I get that it's the end of the world, someone in that position would rightfully move on, but within a month?! After much subsequent queen-bee type behavior (she really lets Carol's "First Lady" comment go to her head) bossing others around, she does one of the most inexplicable things I've seen any character do in fiction. When Rick and Glenn go to the bar in town to get Hershel back in Season 2, Lori freaking decides they need to be "brought back". WHY??? Rick left to bring Hershel back, because Beth collapsed. Their sole intention for going out is to return with Hershel. WTF is the rationale for Lori to head out after them? And of course, she royally screws that up too, destroying the car in the process (unfortunately not herself). People say Andrea is annoying but here's the thing: 1) Andrea was never THIS annoying and 2) Andrea is way better looking than Lori
