What were some theories that were going around during the shows run?

After finishing up the show like a year ago, I was curious as to what people were thinking was going to happen while the show was airing. I was certainly having my own thoughts as well. Is there there like some theory site or something on the history of Breaking Bad Fan Theories or something? What are your thoughts?
