So,I have a question about the medical care of people in Alexandria during the AOW.In comics they still had Denise up to a point to treat them and I think they also had a Carson in Hilltop.But in the show,Denise is gone and the only remaining Carson is taken to the Sanctuary.So,who is supposed to take care of our people now?Who took care of them in season 7's finale?Did Kingdom sent its doctor?How can one doctor treat everyone at Hilltop,Alexandria and Kingdom?Are most of them gonna get away with some scratches,while the rest will simply die?
