My name is Kim Renfro, and I'€™m a reporter for INSIDER (a sister site to Business Insider, where I first started working). I'€™ve been obsessed with "€œGame of Thrones"€ ever since reading "€œA Song of Ice and Fire"€ in 2011. My knowledge of the books and show (helped along greatly by follow this subreddit and /r/asoiaf) led to me switching careers. I started as an office assistant at Business Insider in 2014, but by 2015 was a full time reporter with "Game of Thrones"€ as my main coverage topic.
Now, two years later, I've interviewed the cast and directors of many episodes and get incredible opportunities like attending the season seven premiere in LA and moderating panels for Con of Thrones this past summer.
