This may have been answered in the show, as I haven’t seen it in forever, but this just crossed my mind: If Gus owned a successful restaurant chain, why didn’t he get out of the Meth business? Wouldn’t Los Pollos Hermanos make him more than enough money? Or is it because someone can’t simply leave the drug business? Sorry if this has been answered before.
