Why does Jimmy ruin Chuck's malpractice insurance? I get that he goes into the malpractice insurer pretty much with the sole intention of "breaking down" and spilling the beans on his brother. But what prompted this? Is this just Jimmy being petty and vindictive? This happens just after the BAR hearing and after Jimmy has been suspended. I just couldn't remember if there was anything that drove him to do this.
