Since November I've been watching BB with a friend, ~2/3 episodes per week. It's my 4th time but her 1st. This Monday we finally started the final 8 episodes after almost 6 months of watching, and she thinks it's probably the best show she's ever watched.
However, just before starting the other day, she mentioned to me that while talking to a friend, BB came up in discussion and naturally she told them that she was currently watching it for the first time, and nearing the end. The very first thing her friend said to her was, "How far in are you? Has Hank died yet?"
Like, how unbelievably braindead do you have to be? It wasn't an intentional troll, nor an unintentional mistake, both of which would kinda make such a huge spoiler somewhat understandable. It was, worst of all, a simple and intentional question. I literally just cannot fathom how someone could be so dumb.
Of course some moron had to ruin perhaps the biggest surprise in the entire show just 3 weeks away from the end of a 6 month journey. I tried to damage control it, acting baffled and 'deducing' that they were referring to when the twins shot Hank, but we all know that once a spoiler is put in your head it'll never leave. I was planning to split To'hajiilee and Ozymandias across separate weeks to build on that cliffhanger, but there's no real point now.
What an idiot.
