Just saying,
The swat truck runs on a fuel called JP8. JP8 is a different type of diesel than regular diesel which would make it hard to come by or you can just slowly wreck the engine with conventional diesel
They use air horns and run out of air after about 5-10 seconds of a continuous honk. In return the Air reservoir would be depleted and the air ride suspension would start to sag until the compressor kicked back on "if the truck is on". This would also cause the air brakes to start to lock up. so when it was towed someone would have had to get under it and cadge the breaks or just shut off the damn horn and turn the truck back on.
Also they are a 6X6 off road vehicle so no way in hell it would be stuck on the side of the road.
Finally, The front end/ hood is fiberglass. That hood would have disintegrated on impact and the steel bumper attached to the frame would be the only thing between the radiator/ intercooler leaving them very vulnerable.
