Hands down worst adaptation on the show?

I’m not even talkin characters like Tyreese or Andrea, who weren’t very good adaptations but still had roles in the story, I’m talking characters who just absolutely had nothing to do with their comic counterparts, for me its gotta be Donna and Allen, they were part of the original group in the comic and had some major roles before their deaths, in the show they appear midway through season 3, one of them dies immediately and hilariously and the other stands around for 8 episodes and gets shot in the head, I always completely forget these characters were even on the show
