Jimmy had his bingo meltdown, Mike had his "I broke my boy". Chucks was the chicanery meltdown. Kim lost her s☆☆t with Howard. Howard broke down with guilt over Chucks death.

I don't think Gus has yet had a moment of, I don't know....pathos or humanity, or even on a professional actors level, a moment where he is vulnerable or emotional.
