Jesse halfway season 3

Does anyone else think Jesse is being an actual asshole halfway season 3, around the time where Hank gets shot by the cousins?

1. Yes, Hank beat him up hard, but I think Jesse's revenge speech is way over the top.

2. When Walt learns Hank is in the hospital and he goes there the whole day, Jesse calls him saying "yo stop grieving we gotta cook". What, you didn't grieve when Jane died? Have some sympathy.

3. Why is he in no way even a little bit professional when he enters the superlab for the first time? He's doing all this foolish stuff the whole day alone, and yes it's funny but still. Is that because he's so hyped up about Hank being half dead?

Jesse is, and rightfully so, often seen as the 'innocent' guy who got unlucky in life, but in my opinion he's being a real bitch himself here.
