This is probably why Cersei hates Tyrion so much as she believes that he will be the one to eventually kill her, destroying the Lannister family in the process. But I think that Jaime will be the one to kill her in S8 as he is the younger of the twins and that line is applicable to him as well. He finally realizes how batshit crazy she is (he probably does anyway) and that killing her the only way to avoid an repeat of another Mad Ruler.
Sorry if this has already been said but I just thought this was a cool little wrinkle that could add a plot twist to the final season. Cheers!
