Why doesn’t he need his heart medication like he does on better call saul? He is shown to take it when his heart acts up either by just sitting down in the restaurant or being pissed off and screaming like in that episode in better caul saul where he is at the fabric shop. His condition is random and it won’t go away. In breaking bad he is really pissed off or worked up in some scenes but nothing happens to him.
Its not as bad as walt and tuco when he first meets him and uses that mercury trick to get his money (the amount he used will have killed them or severely injure them and worse off would have set off the bag of it he had from the concussion force).
Btw I have only seen up to season 3 on Netflix so it might be explained later but i am waiting for it to show on Netflix. Hopefully season 4 is out soon!
