Okay so I've known about Breaking Bad for several years, and I never quite got into it. I was kinda saving it for later I guess cuz I've always heard it is the best crime drama out there or probably one of the best TV shows of all time, and I guess I thought I wouldn't be able to appreciate anything else once I watch Breaking Bad (seems kinda stupid I know).
Anyway, I finally said fuck it and just started watching Season 1 after holding it off for years, and just wanted to see what the hype was about.
I've also heard a lot that first two seasons build up a lot with a relatively slow pace and everywhere I've seen people insist on continuing to watch it cuz it gets better, and I gotta say, it definitely does.
I liked the first 2 seasons and enjoyed them a lot, though I didn't find them very special, I could feel that it was building up into something bigger but I was kinda worried that this show might disappoint me, considering I had extremely high expectations from it due to what I've heard and read about it over the years.
Season 3 was very good, I was quite relieved because I was getting worried it might disappoint me but it surely didn't.
But MAN!! Season 4 was really something wasn't it, it kept me on the edge of my seat for the majority of the season, and I just couldn't stop watching. As crazy as it sounds, I binged the whole season in a day and I absolutely loved it. It was one of the best crime drama I've ever seen.
I don't even know why I'm writing this post, but I just wanted to say, that I'm grateful that I finally started watching this show, and I can't wait to see what happens in Season 5, I don't even know what to expect cuz the ending of S4 was kinda complete and I have no idea how they could possibly top Season 4.
