So is Jimmy actually right?

Just curious of what yall think of Jimmy's slow but inevitable turn toward becoming Saul Goodman. He mentions in the last couple episodes about how society will look past your achievements if you made one simple mistake, as pointed out with the girl who missed out on a scholarship opportunity because of a crime in the past. He gets upset over getting his lawyer certificate denied despite doing everything right, and Kim states that it's because he didn't mention Chuck. I think they both have a pretty good point.

Is Jimmy's slow turn toward Saul Goodman justified? As in did he really get screwed over to the point where he felt like there was no other option? Or has he always been Saul Goodman deep inside? Veiling himself as a victim but really all of it is his doing?

I absolutely love this show and I think Vince did a great job giving such depth to the main characters in both BB and BS.
