Not only is her story over, but you can't replicate the character very well in real life. What are the chances you're gonna find a ten year old girl who looks like her, can replicate her iconic voice, and can act as her adequately? I'd say they're pretty damn Slim. And if you wanna start from the end of season 4 then what are the chances you find a 17 year old girl with all of that? Still pretty slim.
I'd say the dubs would be fine for the most part if she looked and acted like her, since you could just overlay the voice of the original voice actors, but the original English version that most people watch is pretty impossible to do.
You can have her look and act like her, but if she doesn't sound the same, then it's not Clementine. That's like recasting the voice actor for Peter Griffin or Spongebob, it would turn a lot of people off and they'd stop watching. I guess you could overlay Melissa's voice over the actor but why the hell would they go through all that effort for one character? And that'd have flaws eventually.
