I just watched the series finale of Leah Remini’s the Aftermath. I’m shocked there isn’t more discussion about it here.

One of the only criticisms of the show has been about how they haven’t acknowledged the Danny Masterson accusations. Not only did they acknowledge them in the final episode, they showed how that was a story they had been working on for almost two years.

I understand why they stopped with three seasons. But it was an incredible end to the show - revealing more vile and shocking things that have happened to people as a result of Scientology, and also pleading with victims to come forward so that something can be done to bring them down.

I went down the Scientology rabbit hole for almost a year after Going Clear, and this show is a great complement to it, putting faces to the stories of abuse.
