what to steam/binge watch while Better Call Saul is off-season?

Hi. Ok, Better Call Saul on vacation and I'm kind of newish to streaming in general. I would love some recommendations. I do NOT like monsters, heavy fantasy, supernatural, westerns (with exception of "Westworld" which I tried, war and vampires. I also don't usually like shows set before 1950ish or way in the future. Some favorites include:

*Breaking Bad (went through the entire thing in 1 week)!!

*Better Call Saul (although I do not like this as much as Breaking Bad)

*The Sopranos

*Billions

*Succession

*Curb Your Enthusiasm

*The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel

*Seinfeld

*Schitt's Creek (although a bit silly)

*The Good Wife

I love shows set in NYC but others above too. All suggestions welcome. I am good with political, entertainment related, legal or MD shows too!
