As Jimmy hands the phone to the interested guy he tells him "can't be traced, can't be tracked and will keep you clean as a whistle." Why did Jimmy tell him to use it "once per" and then sell multiple phones to people if the phone couldn't be traced, tracked and would keep you as clean as a whistle? Or am I just having a dumb attack here.

Michonne's Last Episode Theory
This is my own personal opinion on how I think Michonne will leave. I will start off by saying that I don't think she is going to die and I do believe she is heading to the Rick movies. I doubt it will be in the first one, but definitely by the third one, she should appear and reunite with Rick. I think she will see a CRM helicopter flying around, similar to how Rick saw it in Season 8 Episode 5 and she is just flabbergasted. She brings this up to the council and Gabriel talks to them about Jadis and how she was trying to trade him to the CRM helicopter group and they end up putting the pieces together and coming up with the possibility of Rick being alive. Michonne is angry at Gabriel for not bringing this up sooner, as Rick "died" nearly 7 years ago at this point and she decides that she has to go find him. Throughout her last episode, the group is trying to convince her that there is no telling for sure that Rick is alive, but Michonne is desperate for answers, saying stuff about how her and Daryl looked for his body for 7 years and they are not going to stop until they find something. Daryl offers to go instead because Michonne has two kids to take care of, but they end up allowing her to go. Michonne puts Judith and RJ in Daryl and Carol's care and they promise they will keep them safe. (I mean Carol's track record with kids isn't that great, but whatever.) I think the goodbye between Michonne, Judith and RJ is going to be emotional as hell, but she assures her kids that they will be okay under Uncle Daryl and Aunt Carol. Typing this, it feels like it's going to be similar to Toy Story 4's ending. Those who watched that movie know what I'm talking about.
This way, Michonne is able to leave, survive and have it make sense. With RJ and Judith in the picture, I figured there would be only 2 outcomes as how it would make sense for her to leave her children; she dies or she leaves to go find Rick. At first, she might think it's ridiculous in thinking that Rick would have survived in a helicopter, but then she just can't help but think. The love of her life. Years after his "death", she never got over losing him. Even if she thinks it's just some wild theory with some credibility to it, I'm sure she would at least want to try. This way, Judith and RJ can stay in the original series because the two of them are incredibly important to the future of the show and could remain under Daryl and Carol's protection.
Unlike Rick's exit, I don't see them bringing back old characters from the dead in hallucination or flashback sequences. With Rick, he was bleeding out and so that way it made sense for him to hallucinate Shane, Hershel and Sasha. However, unless Michonne is imapled on rebar or by her own sword, I don't see any dead characters returning. That being said, if any deceased character were to return, I'd love to see Chandler Riggs return as Carl. Yes, it's a stretch I know. He's older and it wouldn't look right, but then again, Sasha had a different hairstyle in the Rick hallucination. I don't know how they could do it, but maybe something like Michonne is in bed that night and can't sleep because she can't stop thinking about Rick. She sits out on the porch and Carl is sitting beside her, telling her that his dad would be counting on her, motivating her to go and at least try to see if he's alive. Highly unlikely, but you never know. If you told me years ago that Sonequa Martin-Green would return for Rick's last episode, I would've said there's no way.
These are simply my thoughts on how Michonne's exit will play out. But I would love to hear what you guys think. Do you guys agree with me? I'm simply saying how I think Michonne will leave and how they can set the stage for Danai Gurira to return in the movies. What are your thoughts? Feel free to post yours below!

TSDF Q&A Episode 10.5 "What it Always is"
Who's the goodest boy ever? Big thanks as always to our kind and wonderful source. Here we go!
1. What communities are featured in this episode?
Hilltop and the Whisperers.
2. What supplies are missing from Hilltop? Do we find out what happened to them?
A crate of fish from Oceanside and a quarter of the medical supplies are mentioned. Yes, we do. More on that later.
3. Who released Negan from his cell?
We don't know exactly, but apparently not Brandon because he also asks Negan about it to no avail.
4. We see that Brandon has followed Negan. Why? And how do those interactions go? Does Negan kill him like in the comics?
This dude is straight-up psycho. He seems to have all these weird, twisted fantasies about Negan and the Saviors. I know these Q&A's are supposed to be the mother of spoilers, but the stupid shit he says and does kinda makes me want to not spoil it to not ruin the fun. He leads Negan to a place where he thinks can be the New Sanctuary. He puts barbed wire on a baseball bat and presents it to Negan "as a gift" along with his leather jacket that he says he found in the back of a storage garage. And yes, Negan does kill him, thank God.
5. Who is the lady Negan saves on the bus?
Some random lady and her son. After Brandon and Negan save them from some walkers inside the bus, Negan blows Brandon off, saying he should go wherever the hell he wants, as long as he doesn't have to see his creepy-ass face anymore. Negan then has a nice little chat with the boy (redemption arc much), goes to gather wood for a fire to make dinner. He comes back to find a psychotic Brandon whistling, rambling on how Negan sending him away was a test and that he actually wanted to see if he had the balls to do what it takes, which for him was to kill the boy and his mother, which is what he did. Upon seeing this, Negan kills him. Just as he's about to say "I am Neg--".
6. Does Negan end up at the Whisperer camp?
YES! He takes the new Lucille, crossing the border and yelling out to get the Whisperers' attention, and sure enough, Beta comes along.
7. What is Ezekiel’s secret?
Apparently, he has thyroid cancer. He shows Siddiq a lump on his throat. He says that when he was growing up, his grandmother and his father fought it and won because the survival rate for thyroid cancer is 98%, but times were different back then with all the treatment options, and now, there's nothing to be done for him.
8. What’s going on at the Whisperer camp? What are they planning?
We see what Alpha means by a change in strategy. She tells the Whisperers that when the enemy's world starts to collapse, the smart ones will know where to come and that they will be waiting. She also tells Gamma that "the metal man can be useful", implying that they will attempt to use Gamma to get to Aaron. More on this on Q10.
9. Do we find out if the Whisperers set up the walker attacks on the communities?
Yes. It turns out they were responsible for both the walker attacks and the falling of the tree. And damming (and maybe contaminating) the creek. Again, more on this on Q10.
10. Aaron appears briefly in the promo. What is he doing?
He sees Gamma killing and disemboweling a walker near the creek, turning it on its side to both block the flow of the water. I don't know if this makes sense but somehow, from what I can tell, contaminating it (because she makes sure that the walker's innards are in the water). Later on, he sees her for a second time. Gamma cuts her hand, and Aaron throws her some bandages. He asks her for her name, tells her his name, tells her that he's from Vermont, asks her where she's from, she flees mid-sentence.
11. What happens during Daryl and Connie’s search for Kelly? Do they find her and make it back to Hilltop? Magna is also searching with them. Kelly is badly beaten up, so Daryl thinks they should find some place closer to take her. Kelly tells Magna to "tell them", and when they take them to a stash, we learn that the two of them were responsible for the thefts.
12. Is Kelly ok?
Yes.
13. What is the goodest boy Dog doing in this episode?
The goodest of all good boys finds Kelly.
14. Does anyone die?
Some walkers and fucking Brandon.
15. Are there any shocks or surprises?
I'd say Ezekiel's cancer is the biggest surprise.
16. How does the episode end?
With Negan telling Beta "Alright, you big-ass freak. Let's do this."
17. Does anything else interesting happen?
A few things:
- Daryl and Connie interact a lot more, there's even a little bit of hand-holding. He tells her a funny story about him and Merle. They also connect a bit after bringing Kelly back safely.
- Magna and Yumiko have a big falling-out after Yumiko finds out that Magna was the one stealing supplies. They talk a bit about how Magna ended up in prison, by her account, 13 years ago. Apparently, she had a young cousin, a man hurt her, and Magna went after him for it.
- When Daryl and Siddiq come back from looking for Negan, Daryl asks Ezekiel if he's going to ask him about Carol, he straight-up says "NAH". Afterwards, when Siddiq and Dante are talking over the radio, Siddiq tells Dante to go get Carol and gets up. Ezekiel sits in front of the radio, but when he hears footsteps and the sound of a chair coming from the other side, he abruptly turns it off.
- I don't know if this means anything for the future, but Dante mentions Rosita having caught a small bug back in Alexandria.

I’m so glad I didn’t give up on the show
Like with most viewers, I will admit season 8 was a rough patch for me. However, unlike most viewers, I still thought there was legitimately good stuff in it. But as much good stuff as past seasons? Not by a long shot. I was beginning to get fatigued and felt like Gimple would ruin The Whisperers, and that overall season 9 would be another disappointment. However, when October of 2018 rolled around, I stick by and said “okay, there’s a new show runner. I may as well see how it goes.” I have not regretted that decision.
So far seasons 9 and 10 are my favorites, and every change from the comics Kang is making is a logical one, a welcome one, or both. The acting these past twenty episodes have been absolutely stellar, the brand new lore of The Whisperers and Alpha is incredible, and the dialogue is so amazingly well-written most of the time.
A lot of people may shit on Walking Dead. Say it’s “a lumbering corpse that keeps going despite being dead for years”. Say that it’s a bad and annoying show. But not to me, and clearly not to many others. Because we had the patience to stick it out, we’re seeing not only a reemergence of quality, but one of the biggest comeback stories in television series history.
Maybe the show will lose steam once and for all one day. But until that day comes, and even when that day comes, I’ll be thankful for what Angela Kang and all the others have done to make this show something truly special once again.

Lines from S4-S5 that make you upset
Any of you guys have any lines from any characters that when you heard it, or when you think about it, just piss you off, like a lot. S4 and S5 are full of them, so I’m curious for some answers
The most upsetting line for me, that made me want to punch through my TV was in like 5x13 or something when Grace and Daniel were alone In that cabin and those writers had the AUDACITY to make DANIEL FUCKING SALAZAR A MAN WITH OVER A HUNDRED PEOPLE KILLED, MOST BEING BEFORE THE APOCALYPSE, TRAINED BY THE CIA AND FORCED TO BE A KILLER AS A CHILD SAID “Being a realist, isn’t a realistic option anymore”

Angela Kang appreciation
I really think she is an amazing showrunner, the passion in her voice when she talks about the characters and the story is amazing and it’s better then hearing you know who saying “you have to wait until season 6” lol but that’s either here or there. Season 7 and 8 was a slump although I do love some episodes in those seasons but in season 9 and 10 it felt like a mid season finale or a season finale. Like take Rick’s exit for example, I legit thought it was the mid season finale. The horror element is back, The Whisperers are so much better then the comics. Even though I’ll miss the great Rick Grimes, the show is better then ever without him. Just something about it has a new tone to the show, we needed that break from the saviors arc and it is a fresh of breath air. AK is doing a fantastic job, I hope..no..I KNOW she will continue this greatness. I believe in Angela Kang!

Those two characters do more for the story each episode than most characters (Like Carol, Ezekiel) do in a whole season.

(Spoilers) First time watching -- Season 4 ending
I usually pride myself on being able to see plot twists coming a mile away.
But that last shot of Walter's flower pot? I'm still staring at my screen in disbelief.
Hector as a suicide bomber surprised me slightly, too. But it makes sense since he was the last of his family.
But the flower? Wow!! I guess I'd kind of accepted Walter as a murderer a while ago. After he helped Jessica Jones die I couldn't really not see him as that. But kids? There's no where this guy won't go!
Byran Cranston is a wonderful actor.
I'm looking forward to season 5!

One Issue that can easily be fixed to at least make show a little better
Make walkers a factor again. I’m rewatching “This Land is Your Land” from S3 (one of best episodes of series btw), and just how aggressive walkers were this season. They aren’t bystanders. This is where TWD messed up in S7-S8. Make walkers a true factor. Have people get bit. I don’t think a single person was killed directly by a walker last season.
Where they can start in S6: Make the walkers a true threat again and then go from there.

Patrick Fabian on THE CONNERS as a real estate agent. Rhea Seahorn was on this show too. They should get the whole cast eventually.
Jonathan Banks next?
Maybe as the guy who originally owned The Conners house and he’s there to see the house and meet The Conners on the latest episode of The Conners only on ABC, the network that brought you The Conners.
What could Jonathan Banks’ character he called? Mike? Ha too obvious

Why don’t people kill each other more in FTWD
Is it because there are fewer Savior Henchman to mow down like in TWD?
A lot of their problems would be solved by looking at things as “This is the apocalypse, we are warring tribes that kill each other nothing new” But Jesus I’m on season 5 and it’s just in general like y’all sometimes you have to do it. I do think it’s noble to help people and try to preserve lives but it’s just getting silly. I’m a pretty pacifist person too but it’s the zombie apocalypse Morgan you can’t just avoid it altogether.

Why do people hate chuck?
I’m around halfway through season 3 and every post I see on here about chuck has people saying how much they hate his character. Personally I never felt this way about him but I do get why. People aren’t happy with the way he treats jimmy, how he never wanted him to be a real lawyer, but the truth is he’s right not wanting jimmy at HHM. Jimmy would’ve found a way to fuck it up one way because he’s always been “colorful” which isn’t what a lawyer should be to chuck. He’s also clearly the smartest character in the show, (except maybe Gus) with his plan to have jimmy kick down his door and destroy his tape recorder, because he knows jimmy and he knows he’ll act out.

So I introduced my SO to BB as she was not really into it at all and she deiced to start watching it now
And she asks me after the 1st episode:
"Why the fuck did the fireys not stop for a man who drove his RV into a ditch in the desert while standing there on the road with underwear on! Why didnt they call the cops? Amba Lamps? And wouldnt they have found the car?! And the car would have had some gang paraphernalia thus ensuring the cops would have been called and the fireys would have told them they saw a man with his underwear and a RV in a ditch..."
"Why the fuck do they show a DEA being so lax as to allow a civilian a front row seat to a drug bust?!"
"Why would a DEA allow a civilian a tour of a busted drug lab??"
"Why is Jesse such a moron!"
Oh boy what a wild ride this will be.

Negan
When negan was introduced to the series and what he did to the group, I absolutely abhorred him. After his lockup, and his seeminglessly mindlessness after being allowed out into pasture, I'm starting to think he's my new favorite character. An absolute redemption story, that may take it all the way.

The whole situation with Rick in the first couple episodes
I am on my 4th or 5th time going through the series and it hit me a ton of bricks. Lori and Shane really did abandon Rick. I mean, they were chilling at the quarry for 5 or 6 weeks or something before Rick catches up with them. I guess I hoped that Lori would have wanted closure enough to send a search party back to the hospital to check on Rick... Damn, that is one cold woman.
Edit: Shane never told Lori that he saw Rick dead. The team Glenn was going into Atlanta and other places on a regular basis to scavenge so clearly they were able to handle themselves. Rick got to them in less than a day on horseback for crying out loud, they could have been to him by car in an hour or so They could have easily sent a team back and scavenged Rick's direction. Shane would have been well aware that an armory existed at the sheriff's Dept.

New To This Subreddit
I've loved the Walking Dead and this new Fear The Walking Dead is pretty good as well. One thing I hate is how they never show the chaos in the hospital during the outbreak. Who else would love a mini-series taking place in that hospital because I remember when Nick was in the hospital and wanted to leave but he was tied down, and when the cute nurse came to check on him she untied him when the patient next to him was having a cardiac arrest and Nick escaped because he knew what would happen. Who would love a POV perspective of the different nurses and staff during the chaos? I know I would. I'm assuming the man died and started turning and that's when the chaos started.

Should I read the Watchmen graphic novel before watching the new HBO show?
I really want to watch the new show because it looks really good & everyone I know is talking about it. I've seen the Zack Snyder film but that was a few years ago and I've forgotten the plot details by now. I just don't want to watch the show now, then read the book and have to watch the whole thing again to "get" it.
EDIT: Thanks to everyone who commented! Got the book coming in the mail tomorrow.

Do you guys anticipate another time jump?
I know there were two quick time jumps, before and after Rick, and I’ve stopped watching a few episodes into the whisperers appearance. I feel like the current show is more of a spinoff than a continuation of the original twd, and that’s fine as from what I’m reading S9 and onward has been a success. s7-8 turned off a lot of people and the time jumps kinda put the nail in it for me. I’d like to come back and continue from s9. However, are there any thoughts of another time jump and in what scenario would you welcome that?

Why couldn't they at least situate the spin-off in another country? Like in the United Kingdom or some military base in the Middle East or some international school in China?
We'd get something different. There would be international characters which I'm sure fans abroad would love to see. We'd also get to see how folks outside the US are dealing with the walkers. I know AMC are so damn cheap but really annoying that the new series is set yet again in the US in nearly the same geographical location.
It could still center around some American youth growing up in the aftermath of a US army base in the Middle East or in Japan. Or at an international school with a bunch of American students.
Anything is better than simply young kids growing up in Virginia years after the ZA occurred.

"Fear" Season 5: Walking. Monologues. Walkie-Talkies. Hot-air beer balloons. Shitty Jesse from Toy Story cosplayers. Vlog Wars. Shitty premier. Even shittier finale. MoMo almost died... I guess.

I was thinking of the theory of Bran the Broken being Bran the Builder and vice versa, and connected it to Bran the Broken being king. I feel like if this connection is true then there is a cool possibility that Bran the Broken will rebuild Kingslanding in a very sophisticated way, making it more sanitary, easy to get around, and maybe even egalitarian. What do all of you think?

Most shocking moment in series history
which moment do you feel was the most shocking? which moment will live forever?
For me it was season 2, episode 7 when Sophia walked out of the barn as a walker. I don't even know why but somehow I believe she would be alive. She just had to be right? Nope. She was a walker. That was a big kick to the balls IMO.
I'm sure many will name the fake-out regarding Glen's death or possibly Glen and Abraham's brutal deaths while others will say the 10 heads on pikes in season 9 episode 15.

My previous post
So I made a post before saying how I did not understand every bodies viewpoint on why the show sucked. Because ai love the show so much. and recently I have found so much love and happiness . I realize that for me festering resentment was killing me. And recently I realize that because I was in so much pain before that truly being happy is important for me. I don’t want to believe things will not get better. Because I know they can. I am content. My grandmother passed away and that was sad but ai have moved on because I love her. Life is to short. Thank you to the people who listened and tried to reason when I was going through something deep. Sometimes life is scary and it is good to relax and unwind.

Stating when you stopped watching TWD is the same as unnecessarily mentioning you're a vegan.
I've noticed more and more lately how many people have to inject their hate for the show and when they stopped watching. Then I realized it's very similar to the "I'm a vegan" or "I'm an atheist" people where they just have to mention it whether or not it's warranted. I just saw a tweet about how it's been 3 years since Glenn and Abraham died, but I only saw that tweet because someone else had to retweet it with the caption that it's been 3 years since they stopped caring about the show.
What do you think it is about TWD specifically that makes people say how much they dislike the show? It's like they can't let people just enjoy the show, they have to mention how early they stopped watching to feel good about themselves.

Am I the only one that thinks we’re witnessing by far the best twd content right now?
I know this is relatively decent opinion to have on here, but I see a lot of posts saying the prime of the show was around 4/5, and that the show will never match those heights.
I don’t know if it’s just me, but I don’t think even those earlier seasons pulled me in as much as 9/10 have. Both are great eras, and while I do respect past twd, I think what we’re witnessing right now IS the prime of the show; I think it’s the best storyline of the show so far. Recency bias may manipulate my judgement, but I’m very certain on this take
Let me know your thoughts of this

Has anyone considered the title sequences might be more important than we've ever thought?
I was just watching an episode and noticed the opening had a better call saul matchbook in a urinal and it got me thinking. It hasn't adopted the Saul name yet, so technically that would be from the future as compared to the timeline of the show. Has anyone strung these all together to look at them? Seems like a very Vince thing to do to use these to tell a story of its own, and or hint at something.

Possible Ending To FTWD (COMIC SPOILERS!!!)
LAST CHANCE IF YOU'RE LOOKING TO AVOID SPOILERS FROM THE WALKING DEAD COMIC!!!!
Given that everyone seems to hate the way the story is going on Fear The Walking Dead, I thought it might be cool to think about how the show could eventually end. Recently i finished the Walking Dead Comics, and noticed an interesting note about where the FTWD crew is situated during the zombie apocalypse.
At the conclusion of the comics we discover that not only has a considerable safe zone been created in the Eastern United States, to the point that it covers entire sections of the country, but that Eugene from TWD has been able to get train travel up and running again. So much so that tracks were being laid so that the settlements in the East could be connected w/ those in the West. The name given for the survivors in the West was, "The Western Alliance."
Now through the course of FTWD's story we've learned about two very large groups that could possibly be a part of this Western Alliance. In season 3 The Proctors held a huge amount of territory b/t Texas and Mexico, possessed a large and well supplied army that possessed several large waystations and outposts, and had plans to expand even further up and down the West Coast. Then at the conclusion of this past season we were introduced to a group known as The Pioneers. We're not entirely sure of this groups intentions, and the depth of their resources, but we do know that know they're the only active kids on the block w/ a reliable gasoline supply, they're producing enough food to keep their main body of troops fed as well as their outposts, and they possess a large military arm.
Do you think by the end of the series these groups along w/ whatever other groups are out there will become the Western Alliance? Perhaps Rick Grimes adventures will bring him into contact w/ one of these groups, and that will lead him into the now canon Walking Dead ending where he reunites w/ everyone once the trains start running both ways?
Thoughts?

'Living With Yourself' with Paul Rudd is a great complex dramedy with twists and turns at every stop. Must watch.
While without giving too much away, 'Living With Yourself' is somehow breathtaking to watch. 8, 20-30 minute episodes that are quick to binge. This show is full of ethical dilemmas that only Paul Rudd and Aisling Bea could make this fun and dramatic.
I honestly think this is being marketed the wrong way by Netflix, it's a great drama that touches on comedic themes. Also did I mention Paul Rudd?

He talks to Michonne about how she didn’t hear anything when she arrived at the walls of Woodbury or terminus. And that Alexandria will be no different
But the first thing he notices is that he can hear kids playing from outside the walls. That’s how alexandria was different from the rest of the unknown communities.

I've only seen seasons 1-4, but I'm really disappointed and need to vent.
Ok, so, they burned down the house in Mexico. BUT they had plenty of fertile land, a mature garden, a thick, sturdy wall, around a huge amount of land. Why leave?!?! So, put up some tents, haul in some trailers, rebuild the house... It was safe, they had food, it wasn't far from the ocean, they could fish... Ok, fine they left.
The hotel. After all the BS, when Victor discovered the hotel was uninhabited (by the living), they needed somewhere to go, why not go back? They got rid of a shitload of the dead before, they could do it again. Safe, plenty of food stored, wall (needed to replace the gate, but they could do that). But ok, they didn't,whatever.
The land in the hills. Yeah, it was bad, the hoard attack, everyone (except our main characters) died of asphyxiation. But, as soon as there was no more living there, the dead would move on. Hell, they could have lured them away the same way they were lured there to begin with. Again, plenty of land, plenty of food. But whatever.
And what about the water?? Didn't Alicia jump off a cliff into a lake? She went with [what was his name? The sane one?]. It wasn't like it was a week's drive away.
Where was the baseball field? They were out of food, everyone was hungry... there was a "pantry" FULL OF FOOD that they walked away from. They were the only living people who knew where it was. Even if it was half way across the country, why not GO GET IT?! And get those guns while you're at it!
Nick and Luci would cover themselves in the blood from the dead to go grocery shopping. They would walk through the lot with the dead milling around like a Sunday stroll through the park. So WHY when they needed to get out of the hospital, was it so fucking hard?! So what if you're surrounded? Just slather some dead guts on like cologne, and walk out. It was so annoying when they went back for Morgan, and everyone was all freaking out, "HURRY! HURRY! THEY'RE COMING!" So, "here pour this bucket of blood over everyone and we'll go home and shower later"
Why, (in FearTWD and TWD both) do they freak so much? One scene, there's 20 dead and 3 living kill them all, no problem. The next scene, there's a 1 on 1 fight and the living panics and is almost killed. Then in the next episode they walk around and just casually stick a knife into every dead's head as they're walking by, just to panic again later.
It pisses me off that I love these shows so much! I honestly think that the writers have never seen the shows or read past scripts. Or maybe they think we haven't.
((I have not seen season 5, I don't have AMC, just Hulu, so please, no spoilers!!))

Post-Game of Thrones HBO has been producing some stellar content
It's nothing special to say that HBO churns out great content, but in a Game of Thrones void, the network has been putting out shows that are thriving in the golden age of television.
- Chernobyl
- Euphoria
- Succession (Season 2 is next-level)
- The Righteous Gemstones
- Watchmen (amazing pilot)
- Catherine The Great (another great premiere)
And they still have upcoming seasons of Silicon Valley, Westworld, Barry, and the new His Dark Materials series. In the age of Netflix and Disney+ looming, HBO is pretty fucking strong.

I feel like people are way to over critical
I am not trying to upset anyone or say that their wrong to have opinions. But just because they do not like the show does not mean they have a right to belittle others who love the show. Nothing is perfect. everything has flaws. I know that Fear the walking dead is not perfect. Trust me I know. But I also see that the people making the show are doing the best they can. Their are things that could be better. But I choose to enjoy the show for what it is. Otherwise I just end up getting angry and taking it out on others. I see a lot of people taking their anger out on the writers. Belittling the writers. But the writers are humans to. They do not deserve the hat that they receive. They are human beings. Just because Fear the walking dead is not exactly how they want it to be, does not mean it is ok for them to say the writers suck, and to say the writers should be fired. They are trying their hardest. This is their vision. If you do not like it then why do you proceed to watch the show? I want to know. Why do people on here continue to be angry over something they can not control?

One thing I've gotten insulted for from people online and in real life, was the decision to go see El Camino in a theater. People have always said, "WHY DID YOU PAY MONEY TO GO SEE IT IN A THEATER WHEN YOU COULD'VE JUST WATCHED IT AT HOME FOR FREE"
Well...the thing that made it worth it was, it was in a crowd full of BrBa fans, and when Walter White came out of that hotel room...the entire theater erupted in applause. Practically EVERYONE in the theater starting clapping, cheering, applauding, all of that, and it was awesome. I wouldn't of gotten that if I just watched it at home by myself in my room. That is what made it worth it.

Is there a show which has declined in quality further than The Affair? I’m in awe of how bad this show is
The first season was brilliant and one of the last shows to do something really creative in terms of non-linear storytelling. The second season was good but not nearly as good. From the third season on it felt like self-parody. It has all these worthless characters it refuses to let go. The previous season featured a condescending white savior plot ripped from Finding Forrester. The characters went from seeming like normal people to being written as if they’re sexually irresistible. (Helen, a middle aged woman who has been married twice and is raising four kids, is dating a famous movie star) The last two and a half episodes have been a lengthy dialogue about rape culture. I could go on about how embarrassing this show is and maybe once it’s over I’ll do a full autopsy but holy shit this is bad.
The one redeeming value is how self-confident it is. It never feels phoned-in, you can tell the writers believe it’s as great as it was when it started. What the fuck is going on with this show?

Gus Fring was a more compelling lead than Walter White in season 4
I just rewatched season 4 and for most of it I felt more interested in the scenes with Gus in it. Like for a moment I forgot that Walt was the protagonist and that the show was about him. He was what Walter aspired to be but couldn’t because his ego got in the way. Gus was always so efficient, smart, and able to switch his emotions on command. At the same time he was also fair in his approach and tried to keep the peace as much as he can. Everything he did had purpose in it and it was truly fascinating to watch for me. I enjoyed his scenes more than Walts scenes.

Why are most animated shows in the US either sitcoms or stoner comedies?
I just got done watching Genndy Tartakovsky‘s Primal and really liked it, but it got me wondering why aren’t there more animated shows made for adults that aren’t sitcoms or stoner comedies? Now I don’t have anything against Family Guy or Rick and Monty and I enjoy both of them, but as somebody who likes animation it would be nice to get a bit more variation in TV shows. Primal was just a straight up brutal action show with no comedy and it was great. Japan makes a lot of animated shows from tons of different genres so I don’t see why the US can’t.

Like I loved him too, Bernthal was the perfect choice for him but god damn every week there's a new post on this sub asking what they think Shane would do if he didn't die.
This questions been answered time and time again and honestly its beginning to be ridiculous the mans been gone the whole show pretty well.
