Something kinda cool I just noticed about Negan...

Pretty much anyone that Negan directly kills himself, he will let become a walker depending on if they were good or bad people.

In the show, Abraham, Glenn and Emmett Carson weren't bad people at all, and there wasn't enough left of their bodies to turn. But Spencer, David and Simon were scumbags and they all became walkers only to be put down later by someone else. I think the only exception to the bad guys list would be Brandon (I won't count Margo since her death was an accident), but Negan wasn't really a Savior at the time so IDK.

This seems to be the case with comic Negan as well. Glenn was literally the nicest guy in the entire comic series, and there wasn't enough left of his brain to come back. However, Brandon and Alpha were sadistically evil and they both became walkers and were either A) put down by Dwight, or B) left to rot for the rest of eternity.

Do you think Negan does this on purpose? He lets his victims become walkers depending on how moral they were, and he lets the bad ones turn because he views being a walker as a fate worse than death?
