Is Kim's name a legally blonde reference

Was watching Legally Blonde and noticed one of the characters is named Enid Wexler. Given that Legally Blonde is probably the most famous movies about a female lawyer and Kim herself is a blonde, do we think this was a reference or a coincidence?
