[NO SPOILERS] If Jon Snow had gotten married and had a child, would that child have been a Snow?

I'm in season 1 of the audio books. I know the last name Snow, Stone and I think Flowers means the bearer of that surname is a bastard (using the language of the book). But if a guy with one of those last names got married and had a child, would that child have the surname Snow, Stone, or Flowers, since they're not a bastard. Or in this realm, is any descendent of a bastard a bastard as well, regardless that their parents were married.
