When Lord Tywin is entering the throne room to be rewarded/recognized for his victory at the battle of the black water the horses he is riding shits. The way the camera pans it looks like the shit is coming out from directly beneath lord Tywin. Perhaps it was foreshadowing to lord tywins own death where he shits himself.
