I figured a few weeks stuck indoors was a good time to watch the series through front to back for the 4th or 5th time. I enjoy it more each time. I can't swear I never noticed this before but when I saw it just now it felt like the first time I'd noticed it.
I always thought the salient fact in Jane's death was that Walt didn't intervene, but tonight I noticed that she'd been on her side (as she instructed Jesse to do) until Walt shook Jesse. And that shaking flipped her onto her back. So her death was not just because Walt didn't intervene but was directly caused by his action.
After noticing it I did see that it's been discussed here before but I mention it in case I'm not the only one who either missed it or forgot.
