Okay. I'm basing this on the show, because I haven't read the books. Please correct me if there is more info. Daenerys clearly didn't want to marry Khal Drogo. She was forced into it by her brother. So while it wasn't slavery, it was coerced and against her will, which was to leave and go home unmarried. He raped her the first several times they had sex. Eventually, she asks her handmaiden for help pleasing her husband. After that, we see them engage in what seems like loving interactions. It seems like Daenerys fell into what we know as Stockholm syndrome. Affection for her captor? I think yes. What do you think? How do you think this affects her in the long run of the series? Did it have an effect on her behaviour?
