Just finished compendium 1 recently but in relation to Negan Lives, further on in the timeline how exactly is it that Negan is in his mid 60’s and hasn’t aged all that much?

Dude has incredible fucking genes, seen a few snippets of Negan Lives and you can see in Issue 193 that Adlard whoever does the drawings does a good job of showing aging. Negan doesn’t seem to have that issue.
