New Girl - Schmidt looks around the apartment and sees some posters or pendants or whatever and wonders who among them has been to a single Coachella, let alone six of them. Then he picks up a knick-knack, wondering why they have it, and Coach says those are our glass grapes dude, they really tie the room together
Friends - Rachel is moving out, Monica is trying to get Rachel emotional about it. Monica picks up a random decor item that looks like a large silver asterisk, and asks if she'll want to take it because it has so many memories. Rachel asks what the hell it even is and Monica says she has no idea.
Will & Grace - the kitchen in Will's apartment is up a step or two, probably for better camera shots or something, and in one episode he and Grace think about moving somewhere else. At one point, Will trips up the steps and demands to know what the hell kind of place has steps leading into a kitchen.
Can you think of any others? I love this joke because you can tell it's the writers having some fun with the established set dressing
