I get some people are getting tired of seeing only hate posts about season 4-5.
Well no fucking shit Sherlock, people hate them for a reason.
I started watching this series because I love seeing events like this apocalypse unfold, changing the world while it gets into chaos.
And it was pretty fucking good, you have aspects like how will the military behave, how will people behave, how settlements will come into formation as people need safety and resources to live.
But season 4 and 5 are not about anything like that, you loose the aspect of survival, of fear of the undead and starvation, you get some fan service sometime with people getting stuck in places with like 10 zombies and that's it.
They suddenly find every resource, even gasoline, without having to fight for them and they even have the luxury of becoming pacifists in the middle of a fucking zombie apocalypse.
Does it get worse than that?
It has lost all the aspects that made people fall in love with this series, to the point that I prefer watching "grace anatomy" if I have to watch good samaritans saving people.
People are angry not because they want survivor beheading zombie for the joy of it, but because you don't really have challenges anymore.
Plane broke down? Don't worry, with no background whatsoever I can repair a fucking flying machine filled with children.
I know it's just a vent, and I can get over major logical plot holes, but I can't watch or defend a series that steered away from the premises this much.
